Rising Star of the Week

Michael Bishop

The man on a mission! Michael Bishop has made it loud and clear that he wants to meet the one and only Scott Oasis in the ring, and even impressing Sebastian Monroe isn’t helping his cause. With a big win over last week’s rising star of the week Scotty Adams at Kingdom II, Michael Bishop has been making huge waves since debuting for OWA. Winning promo battle of the week last week and rising star of the week this week, one has to wonder what’s next on the horizon for Michael Bishop. Will he continue to push for Scott Oasis? Only time will tell.

Tarah Nova vs. Megan Harper

The first Goddess match to main event Kingdom took place this past week as Tarah Nova and Megan Harper went to WAR! All for a chance to advance to the semi-finals in this unpredictable tournament, Harper managed to pull through in the end with some… well, assistance. Both these ladies went at it throughout the week leading up to the match, and despite how that match ended, the woman that ended up on top was Megan Harper herself. Will she win this week and go to the finals?

Match of the Week

Gareth Cason vs. Clinton Stone

Wow… WHAT A DAMN MATCH! These two newbies to not only OWA but to the wrestling scene itself put on a hell of a fight on Kingdom II. It almost seemed like neither of these two were going to admit defeat, but at the end it was Gareth Cason who came out on top in a massive way. Despite the way he acted after the match, he still made a big impression and I am sure Vernon Tressler has taken notice!

Promoer of the Week

Broseph King

And if we want to talk about another newbie to OWA that’s making a statement, then Broseph King is your guy! This man had a lot to say earlier in the week and then backed it all up by defeating Axl Willow on Kingdom II. This big man is definitely a threat and is definitely one to watch out for over the coming weeks.

Goddess of the Week

Jessica Rose

Going into this Goddess tournament, everybody was predicting the favourites to be the ones to walk away with the championship at the end of it. Aria Jaxon, Tarah Nova and Candice Blair were ALL those favourites. If this were a March Madness bracket, everybody’s predictions would have gone up in SMOKE! Aria Jaxon was eliminated in the VERY FIRST MATCH! Think about that. Tarah Nova was also eliminated in the first round, as was one of the Ava sisters, Candice Blair, courtesy of Jessica Rose. We got a great look at how Jessica Rose handles herself in the ring this past week and she was good enough to overcome Candice. This tournament has all of its favourites eliminated. The Finals at Hardcore Havoc are going to contain two unexpected women - I can feel it now! Will one of them be Jessica Rose?

Alpha of the Week

Kenny Drake

Nobody expected Kenny Drake to show up this week, and he waited until the DYING MINUTES of the broadcast to do so. What a HUGE statement he made in the midst of an incredible main event between Nova and Harper. Just when it looked like Tarah Nova was about to come out victorious, the lights cut out and Kenny Drake appeared! What are his motives? What are his plans? What are his desires? Why did he take out Tarah Nova?! It’s what has gotten everybody talking coming out of Kingdom II and it is why Kenny Drake is our Alpha of the Week!
